English Premier League

Arsenal are finally looking at an easier fixture after playing the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United within last six days. The Gunners took an impressive four-point return from these ties to stay well in the contest for top-four positions. They look quite impressive under Unai Emery this season and they will be massive favourites to dispatch the likes of Huddersfield Town on Saturday afternoon at Emirates.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette inspired an amazing second-half comeback against the Spurs last weekend in the North London Derby. Arsenal took a highly-important 4-2 victor with a brace from the Gabonese striker who became league’s top scorer with ten goals so far in the season. Arsenal were then twice ahead at Old Trafford, but only to leave it with a point in their pockets after allowing Man Utd to claw their way back into the tie on both occasions
The visitors made it two defeats in the spin on Tuesday when they fell 2-1 to Bournemouth at Vitality. David Wagner’s men lost the tie after conceding two quick goals within the opening 22 minutes. They were the superior side on the pitch later on and had 23 attempts in total, but still left Dorset empty-handed on the evening.
The Terriers shipped as many as 17 goals in 7 away matches in the league (1-2-4 record). They just don’t have much to hope for against the free-scoring and red-hot Arsenal side on Saturday. The hosts can overtake Tottenham Hotspur in third place with a win here and there are no doubts they’ll be highly motivated to get one.
