Valencia vs Manchester United
UEFA Champions League
Date: Wednesday, 12 December 2018
Kick-Off at 20:00 UK
Venue: Estadio de Mestalla (Valencia).
Valencia and Manchester United are going to face each other in the last round of the Champions League group stage.
The hosts are going to finish as third in the Group H as they managed to snatch five points so far. They’ve booked only one victory in the campaign and they are also having troubles in the Primera Liga.
Valencia have been involved in a lot of draw matches this season and Michy Batshuayi and the lads need to start converting more chances into goals. They’ve scored just four times in the top continental cup which is certainly not enough for the place in the eight-finals.
Manchester United also cannot be proud of their campaign, but they managed to earn their place among the top 16 teams. Jose Mourinho’s side tied two victories in the Champions League and they haven’t lost in the last five matches in all competitions.
The visitors have been playing pretty tight in the top European cup as they’ve allowed just two goals, unlike their terrible defensive performances in the Premier League. They’ve celebrated in both away matches in the current campaign
Both sides are not giving their best this season and they are still looking forward to stabilizing their form. Their matches have been pretty tight, and it wouldn’t be surprising if this one also ends with a draw.
